Why choose CupTable

Set up a tournament in four steps

Enter the name and the start and end dates, add the teams, pick a format, check it over and publish the tournament.

Live scores and standings

Enter a result on your phone at the touchline. The league table, tie-breakers, knockout bracket and public page update in the same second.

One public link, no accounts

Fans open the tournament page and see fixtures, results and their own team's path. Print the QR code poster, tape it to the fence, done.

An online platform for creating and running football tournaments

Everything in one place: from the team list and the competition format to the draw, the match schedule, group tables and results published in real time.

How it works

  1. Add teams, pick a format

Name the tournament, add teams by hand or import them from a file, then choose league, knockout or groups + play-off - or build your own stages.

  2. Run the draw, generate fixtures

Seed the groups or drag teams into the bracket, then generate the match schedule across your pitches and kick-off times.

  3. Share the link, enter results

Share the public page link with teams and fans. Tables and the bracket update right after every result you enter.

Formats

Many tournament formats: round robin, knockout, groups + play-off

If you can draw it on a napkin, CupTable can run it. Presets cover the usual shapes; when they don't, stack the stages yourself: two group rounds into a Cup and a Plate, a consolation bracket, placement matches for 5th–8th.

Round robin & leagues

One table or several. Single or double round robin, custom points, your own tie-breaker order down to fair play.

Knockout brackets

Single or double elimination, byes handled for you, third-place play-off, winners piped forward automatically.

Group stage + play-off

Say who advances from where - top two of each group into the Cup, the rest into the Plate. Or build the stages yourself.

Public tournament page

Your tournament gets its own public page

Every tournament has its own address and look. Fixtures, group tables, the play-off bracket, teams and live results - all in one place. Anyone can open the page without signing up or installing an app - on a phone by the pitch or on a laptop at home.

The tournament page on a phone

Follow your team

Pick a club once and the page reshuffles around it - its group, next match, remaining fixtures and path through the tournament.

QR code poster

Print an A4 sheet with the tournament name and its code. Anyone at the ground points a camera and is on the page.

Sponsors & documents

Sponsor logos on the public page. The tournament's documents and files are available to view and download.

Its own language

A tournament page renders in the language its organizer chose, whatever language you run the admin side in.

Live scoring

Anyone at the pitch can keep the live score

Create a link or QR code for a pitch and hand it to a volunteer, a coach or a parent. They open it on their phone - no sign-up, no app - keep the score, and the public page updates instantly for everyone watching.

One pitch or the whole tournament

Made in the tournament settings; revoke it any time.

No account

Opens straight on the match list: what's on now, what's next, what's done.

Live score

"+" and "−" buttons under your thumb; kick-off, full time and a shootout when needed.

Goals and cards

Player and minute if you like. Only the organizer can change a finished match.

A live match: the score with + and − buttons and the match events

Tournament organizer FAQ

Do fans and players need an account?

No. The tournament page is a public link - nobody signs up to read it. Only you, as the organizer, have a login.

Can I change the match schedule mid-tournament?

Yes. Move a kick-off, swap a pitch or void a match; everything downstream recalculates and the public page follows within a second.

Which languages are supported?

English and Ukrainian today, with each tournament page rendered in the language its organizer picked. More are on the way.

Can I reuse a past tournament?

Clone it. Teams, format, pitches and settings come across; you change the dates and draw again.

How do I make a bracket for an odd number of teams?

Pick a bracket with more places - say 16 for 11 teams. Empty places become byes: those teams go straight to the next round. Who gets them is up to the draw - random, or placed by you. Groups work with odd numbers too: one team sits out each round.

Is CupTable free?

A free tournament has everything Pro has except more teams, your own tournament logo and sponsors. Pay once per tournament only when you need one of these.
